How to verify a project yourself

  1. Open the Uttarakhand RERA website and go to the registered projects section.
  2. Search by the project's RERA registration number shown above (or by project / promoter name).
  3. Check the registration certificate, approved layout and completion date against what you've been told.
  4. For MDDA approval, ask for the sanctioned map and its approval letter — just ask us for these for any project we represent.
